With the year-end immediately in sight, there are many things I’m thankful for here at Raymond. This year has brought many new changes, challenges, and improvements, and I am very optimistic for 2024 and the continued improvements that we have planned. With respect to 2023, I was extremely thankful to have been named the new President of Raymond this past January.
I am especially honored to be following in the footsteps of my father, Ray Ramos-CEO, who has built this company through his many years of exceptional leadership, thoughtful vision, and guiding mentorship, not only to me but to so many who have worked for Raymond over the years.

With my background in managing efficiency initiatives, overseeing complex engineering projects, and integrating innovative technologies, Raymond will be focusing on tools to help improve the day-to-day activities of our clients and partners in 2024. We will be offering innovative solutions across multiple markets for things such as navigating the federal marketplace, maintaining your assets, planning for future needs, and incorporating AI along the way. We are very excited to start rolling these out as early as January 2024.
In addition to the news of our leadership transition, we would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! This time of year is filled with traditions for me such as cutting down our own Christmas tree with my wife Mary Catherine and our three sons 8-year-old Nathan, 6-year-old Garret, and 5-year-old Jacob. Ray and I make sure to spend every Christmas Eve morning together Christmas shopping and eating lunch at the same restaurant. Much like him passing the reigns over to me this year, we are incorporating my boys into our traditions to keep them alive.

I want to wish everyone and their families a Merry Christmas and safe travels over the next few weeks. We are looking forward to another successful year in 2024 and want to thank all of you for being a part of that success.
